Once upon a time there was a hunting dog, a fat old man and a school teacher.  They didn’t know each other until one day they all rode in a coach with a little boy and a magical pie. 

The fat old man wanted to eat the whole pie.  The hunting dog wanted to eat the whole pie.  The teacher was entitled to 75% funding but wanted to eat 125%, because it was to the benefit of the little boy.  The little boy wanted

to touch a horse.  The horse wanted to eat grass.
