It is A Mess - Michael Collins

It is a mess!

They say: God bless this mess...

I say: it is just a mess...

And a mess gets in the way

of moving around the house...

you fall over things.

Worse still... If one has visitors

and they fall over things...

And they sue you...

Who wants that?

A friend fell down my stairs

due to the mess... Amazingly

he did not sue me!

More amazing... we are still friends.

They (whoever 'they' are) also say:

"A mess is an indication of a brilliant mind"

My conceded 3rd level Maths result in the HSC

... speaks volumes against this argument.

Still: Einstein was quite intelligent...

and he was quite messy...

(Just as an aside...

two interesting observations on Herr Albert:

1. His first wife was just as clever

and contributed to her husband's fame...

For she was a physicist, too... According to Facebook...

And it should know... Being the New God of Everything... And

2. Marylin Monroe possessed an IQ higher than The Big E...

Read more, as well, judging by the books in her personal library...

And... quite possibly... thought thoughts,  'unwelcomed',  shall we say

to very powerful people...

And there-in lies a story for another time... no doubt...

Another mess!)

Yes... messes abound in the personal sphere;

in the public domain... IE: International politics, and so on...

The World of Man is a mess.

Then there is the World of Nature... A mess to end all messes...

Not to worry... there is always Mars:

where awaits the machinations

of some enterprising soul... Yes...

a wonderful opportunity to create an Interplanetary mess!
